How To Find Your Bra Size

Whilst not an exact science, we can get an idea of our bra size by using a tape measure.

Watch this short video or read the guide below to get your under-over measurements.

It's important to note, these measurements are just a guide, and depending on the style and brand of sports bra you want, your size may vary.

We recommend you do the under-over method wearing your best fitting non-padded bra or vest. You can wear a t-shirt over the top too, just not a thick jumper, for example.

The Under-Over Method in Two Easy Steps:

Step 1: Bust Circumference

With your bra on, measure firmly around your rib cage, directly underneath your breasts. The tape measure should be horizontal around your body and should not drop in the back. This is your band size. Write this measurement down.

Step Two: Chest Circumference

With your bra on, hold the tape measure firmly around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure the tape measure is taut and straight. Write this measurement down.
